The 27th Annual UMADAOP Conference will be held in Cleveland Ohio in 2016. Persons attending the conference will participate in an exciting and informative experience that will afford them the opportunity to share best practices and to explore new solutions to building strong children, strengthening families and empowering communities. The conference will convene an array of presenters who will provide empirical and traditional knowledge, skills and tools for working with African and Hispanic people as it relates to substance abuse prevention and treatment and other related issues.
